Most of the sales group have been there for at least the 13 years that I have purchased from them. That says a lot about the Dealership and its owners. After that, things cooled off a bit. A couple things we agreed upon ended up being pretty difficult to accomplish. After a bit of phone-tag and some miscommunication, we were able to get everything ironed out. Actually, once they realized that it took a bit longer that it should have, and I was less than happy with the process thus far, they went WAY above and beyond to rectify the situation. All in all, I'm extremely impressed with Rio Vista. Their reputation is well-deserved, and it's clear that they really want their customers to be happy. In the end, this has been the best new-vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. They made me feel like the things that were important to me, were important to them as well. I won't hesitate to refer anyone looking for a vehicle to Rio Vista. I haven't always been a "Chevy" guy, but I don't think I'll ever buy a vehicle anywhere else. More
