My experience didn’t start out top notch, but wait until you read how it ended. My friend purchased a vehicle from GYF. During her transaction she felt something was done wrong with a member of the finance team. After she left a review detailing what happened she was contacted by Samantha the finance manager. As I observed Samantha resolve my friends’ concerns, she went so above and beyond. I was so impressed with Samanthas’ execution of the resolution, I decided to buy a car for myself. The story doesn’t end here though. Samantha set me up with the best sales agent I have ever had. And I’ve owned over 30 cars through the years. Jordan was amazing. Very attentive and helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted. And I was thrilled when he found the perfect one. Every part of the experience was a delight, and they both followed up after the sale , multiple times, to check on my satisfaction. Samantha even jumped through a couple hoops to get my license plates resolved(out of state), and Jordan got me a good deal on a part that I needed. I give 5 stars to Gary Yeoman’s Ford, because they have awesome people like Samantha and Jordan. I will be back for my next vehicle with no reservations. Look, every business has a couple “bad apples”. If a company makes it right after finding a problem, they deserve my business and I believe they deserve yours too. Thank you Samantha and Jordan. More

We were hesitant at first, what, with all the dealerships we had visited in the last 96 hours without any success in finding something affordable and within our range while at the same time also something th we had visited in the last 96 hours without any success in finding something affordable and within our range while at the same time also something that we both actually liked and could agree on. But we were immediately impressed, to say the least, with Gary's sales and finance department and our overall customer experience. Not to mention how surprised we were that Hector had us in and out with a fantastic looking Focus, in under 2 1/2 hours. Thanks guys. Especially to Hector and the sales and finance department. You dont realize how much stress you just took off our shoulders. We really appreciate it! And we look forward to continuing our business together. More

I had to pay them $500 to have a vehicle I wanted transferred from another dealership. After we finally settled on a price they would not take my money because they wanted me to take a loan on the ca transferred from another dealership. After we finally settled on a price they would not take my money because they wanted me to take a loan on the car otherwise they would charge me a $500 penalty. So I was forced to take a loan against my will. Then the title was messed up and I had to make 3 trips across the county to their business to get it straight. In addition, the car was in for warranty repair 11 times in 11 months. Ford would not make good on the warranty. So discussed I traded the car at a great loss after less than a year. I will never do business with them or Ford again. More

I want nothing to do with Gary Yeoman Ford. I had a dispute with them about mounting a privacy screen in the back of my car and it took months to have it finally installed and only because my salesman dispute with them about mounting a privacy screen in the back of my car and it took months to have it finally installed and only because my salesman got it done. My experiences with all of the staff including the Customer Advocate were terrible except for my salesman. I have taken my 2020 Escape to another Ford dealer to have it serviced, even though I have to pay for it just so I don't have to deal with their service department. More

Fast Lane service lived up to its name, check in went smoothly and I was ushered over to the waiting room. Service did not take long and report was comprehensive.
