I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. Worst experience EVER! We were charged $800 to supposedly fix a coolant leak and our car was there for one single night. When we got it the next day, 3 pairs of sungl EVER! We were charged $800 to supposedly fix a coolant leak and our car was there for one single night. When we got it the next day, 3 pairs of sunglasses and a hunting knife were stolen from our vehicle. It took a WEEK for them to finally return any of my calls about the stolen items and all they could say was that no one had been seen near our car but they were still reviewing footage. At just over a week, they admitted the only people with access to our vehicle were the employees. No apology was ever made about how our items were stolen and at no point did the service manager, Jesse, offer any compensation for these items. Fast forward to a week later when our car starts having the SAME ISSUE it had when we dropped it off. We decided to take it somewhere else and the new mechanic said they never even fixed the problem. They did something completely unrelated and charged us for that instead. When we told the dealership, they couldn't even offer us a free service to fix their screw up and wouldn't even admit they messed up in the first place. So. If you wanna waste a bunch of money and have your things stolen, then this is the place for you. Never ever going back ever again. BY THE WAY--after trying to get answers from them for over a week, they admitted they've had multiple break ins at their service lot and I was told that they had someone actually break in and sleep in one of the cars. Obviously, that was not something we were told prior. PLEASE BE AWARE. More
