Today we bought our first Rolls Royce! I think we were a bit nervous — and thought there might be an air of snobbery involved in such a purchase experience. The instant we met Samantha, our fears were instantly ameliorated. She was warm and friendly and most importantly, genuine. Having purchased many vehicles, we have had a diverse array of purchasing experiences and no shortage of fake people pretending to be your friend to get a deal done. Samantha was all business, made sure she completely understood our expectations and just worked to make our dream vehicle come true. This morning she delivered the vehicle to our home and went over all of the vehicle operations with me. Most of all, she stressed that she’s available anytime to come back and help with anything. Made sure I had her mobile number and assured me I could reach out anytime. It was also very nice to learn that we had a mutual connection to the owners of the dealerships and that we all shared strong values that aligned.
