Definitely very professional in my opinion. Jason W. When it came to the financing was also very professional. He definitely greeted me with a smile and was happy to answer any of my my questions. He's obviously very good at what he's doing because he continuely was looking for the best approach for my needs. The only reason I didn't give rating in Doyle is merely because I don't directly remember (maybe there was(?)) a personal interaction with him so I don't really recall who he is. Now with that being said I know there was atleast a few other people involved in help to make the whole process go smoothly so to that ill give 5 stars. Overall I give Shottenkirk 5 stars so far on my whole experience being a new customer and a shout out to your receptionist Joanne as she was very welcoming and eager to provide assistance and deserves 5 stars. I'm hoping my experience with the service department goes just as well as I'll waiting on some part to arrive for my new ride. More
