Every time I go there, they tell me a different phone number to call for service. In order to get my service appointment, I had to call like five different numbers. I am really happy with my X5 Samson was great to work with. The only issue was the value of my trade, but after I give them Mercedes value, they came up to the same number I felt that the first offer was with.
