No pushy salesmen here, everyone whom assisted through the process was genuine and sincere. Having purchased several vehicles in the past with unpleasant experiences I was truly surprised with the overall process at this dealership. My salesman Sam Dewitt answered all my questions, offered to place vehicles side by side for comparison, and when i ultimately ended up looking at and purchasing a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Sport, was an ace through the process. The finance manager even worked his magic with the finance company i had my pre-approval with to secure everything prior to going to sign all the paperwork. The paperwork process was also straightforward and quick, outside of the process of looking at the various vehicles available, the actual sales process was extremely fast. Hats off to Sam and the team at Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. I am definitely looking forward to my next purchase from these guys. More
