Unhappy customer I have been unhappy with Auto Park Ford since I purchased my Ford Escape from them. I had previously leased a Ford Ecosport from this dealer. I hate I have been unhappy with Auto Park Ford since I purchased my Ford Escape from them. I had previously leased a Ford Ecosport from this dealer. I hated this car, However, I thought I was stuck with it so I had a car starter ($521.23) put on it thinking I was probably going to purchase it after the lease was finished, I kept it for 3 months. I couldn't stand it. Therefore, I turned it back in for the Ford I currently have. In the negotiations if Andy factored in the car starter, that never worked. He said no that x amount was all they were going to give me. I went back a few days later and talked to the manager about the $500 for the car starter that never worked. He sent me to Andy. Andy told me to money for the car starter was in the cost they gave me for the car. This was a bald face lie! I could go on, however I'm done. More

It was a long day at the dealership so they always stayed in great contact with us while our vehicle was prepared and cleaned. Sandie even got her hands a little dirty making sure it was cleaned properly for us to take that day. One thing I would say is make sure you don't feel too pressured to make the deal happen, like we were toward the end. It ended up being a good thing and we got the car we wanted for a great price. As with any car buying experience make sure you are comfortable with the pace and ask them questions throughout the entire process, they are super knowledgeable. More

Well I bought a brand new 2017 vehicle from this dealership and within 2 years I had to take it back for issues with the engine. Not once but twice because they didn’t fix it right the first time.
