I began bringing it in to them for regular service and a couple minor repairs. The service was always prompt and courteous. The few times that I needed to leave it with them for a day or two, they had excellent newer loner vehicles available. Thank you, Gwen & Rick! When I found myself looking for another vehicle, they asked what features I needed, what ones I would like to have, and what I had in mind as for age, mileage, and budget. Then Sandie hit it out of the ballpark, having me test drive three vehicles Saturday morning, all of which met these five criteria well. She was willing to work with my schedule and able to meet me for the final sale late Monday evening. Thank you, again, Sandie! More

2018 Ford Escape Sandie, Brent, and Andrew knocked my experience out of the park! I do lots of traveling and needed to upgrade my vehicle to something with a warranty Sandie, Brent, and Andrew knocked my experience out of the park! I do lots of traveling and needed to upgrade my vehicle to something with a warranty for peace of mind. As a full-time student with a part-time job, I was not sure we would be able to find everything I wanted with a price tag I could afford. To top it off, I still owed a few thousand on my trade-in. Sandy asked what I was looking for, so I gave her a list of 3-4 things that were important to me, and she came back with things I did not know I wanted and more. Everyone was very friendly and went out of the way to make you feel welcome. I left with a fabulously loaded escape for the same payment I was already paying on my old vehicle! I would recommend them a thousand times over! Even more impressive was the number of people who stopped in to see and talk to Sandie while I was there and were willing to wait around for her. If you have ever bought a car, you know it's not a five-minute ordeal, so that speaks volumes about her character, in my opinion. When it is time to purchase my next new vehicle, there is not a doubt that I will return! P.S. I did not get the name of the two detailers in the back but they shined up my Escape to make sure it was good as new before I left the lot even though there were only two of them they had it whipped out in no time! I really appreciated everyone's effort in making this a pleasant experience for me. More
