2008 Nissan Quest Purchase I purchased a 2008 Nissan Quest on July 30th, 2018 with Sandie. Initially I spoke with Amy on the phone and, while it was a brief phone call, she I purchased a 2008 Nissan Quest on July 30th, 2018 with Sandie. Initially I spoke with Amy on the phone and, while it was a brief phone call, she was professional & personable while making the appointment to test-drive the vehicle. This was my first experience purchasing a car through Auto Park Ford, however, other friends and family members highly recommended their services. Sandie was very friendly from the get-go. She worked as if she were helping a friend or family member purchase a car by understanding our perspectives throughout the entire process. Sandie shared the pros and cons regarding her experiences with similar aspects of the Nissan I was looking to purchase. While paperwork was being completed, she chatted with us about her experiences with cars growing up and other interesting stories. My previous experiences with other car dealers was high pressure and intimidating. If someone else showed up to the desk in those previous encounters, it felt intimidating, but with Auto Park Ford, if someone came over, as Moe & Jackie did, it was for a friendly & professional introduction or for a quick fun chat while paperwork was being completed. Sandie was obviously very knowledgeable and lead me through a very low-pressure sale. Andrew handled finance & other paperwork process. He obviously knows his trade because while he was quick with the paperwork, he thoroughly explained the paperwork and was personable. Overall, I very much enjoyed my experience, and when the time comes to replace my husband's vehicle, we will be looking straight to Auto Park Ford in Sturgis. More

MISLED, DEGRADED AND DISCARDED!!!!! I just wanted to share the recent experience I had with Auto Park Ford. Having worked on my credit very hard over the past year, I thought I would gi I just wanted to share the recent experience I had with Auto Park Ford. Having worked on my credit very hard over the past year, I thought I would give it a shot at obtaining financing for a vehicle I so desperately need. When I walked in, I made it very clear that my credit was still not perfect, but thought it would be worth at least taking a look at, and that I did not have a co-signer. I was told a "Soft Inquiry" could be pulled to give us an idea if I stood a chance or not. After the salesperson did the inquiry, she came back with keys to a beautiful used truck. I told her I didn't think there was any way at all I could qualify for that. She indicated that based on the inquiry, it was very much possible. The sales manager Moe, insisted I test drive it. Based on the input from the salesperson, I gave the go ahead to run it through. I was instructed to call back the next day to set up a time to come in and go over everything and possible other vehicle options if I did not want the truck. I called multiple times the next day, and at the end of the day, was finally able to reach the salesperson who proceeded to tell me I needed a co-signer if I wanted the truck. I again repeated I had no co-signer. At this point, she indicated she was going to go back to Moe and see what other vehicles might be an option, and indicated she would call me back that same day FOR SURE to let me know. I HEARD NOTHING FROM HER AFTER THAT!!!! I proceeded to leave voice mails for the finance manager as well as Moe, and heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FROM ANYONE. I then decided to email another salesperson who my parents have purchased multiple brand new vehicles from throughout the years. She indicated to me she was going to work with Moe to see what could be done. Well, after several "I'm still working on it emails", she has now disappeared too. All I asked for was some input on what I could do credit wise to improve my situation, and an answer on whether they could or could not get me financed. Apparently, that was too much. They misled me from the beginning, getting my hopes up, then completely ignored me as though I was trash. Having been in sales myself, I would NEVER treat someone like this. I am beyond disgusted, as the inquiries seriously impacted my credit score, and I still have NO EXPLANATIONS!!!! How much effort would it have taken to simply call me back and talk to me? Moe, Sandy, Andrew, Alecia, can you answer that question? Thanks for making me feel degraded and unworthy of your time. And thanks for getting my hopes up for nothing. More

Sandy does an exceptional job at getting to know exactly what you are looking for and makes you feel so welcomed and like a true valued customer. Moe made sure that we were getting the best deal in the vehicle that would fit our needs. He paid attention to detail and made sure we had an affordable payment plus a vehicle that we loved! Andrew let us know we were getting a safe dependable vehicle with people that we trusted and made me feel like part of the auto park family. Truly exceptional i have purchased 3 vehicles from this team of dedicated employees and I am.blown away!!! I have 7 children and they have created a generation of loyal customers because I wouldn't buy from anyone else!!!!
