I have been at the dealership for over 24 years and am a 10 time Ford Motor Company Employee Excellence Award Winner for Exceptional Customer Service and have received the Best of the Best in Michiana for Car Sales Person every year since it was established. exceptional Sales Person I went into the dealership to have an oil change and normal service done on my 2014 Focus. I asked Sandie Owen to work up the price of an escape while I went into the dealership to have an oil change and normal service done on my 2014 Focus. I asked Sandie Owen to work up the price of an escape while I was waiting. She asked a few questions, went and found an appropriate Escape, talked with me and the sale was made. I like dealing with Sandie because she doesn't do the normal wheeling and dealing and game playing that most car sales people do. The sale was simple and easy and I feel comfortable with her and would encourage anyone else to go to her. More
