I have been at the dealership for over 26 years and am a 10 time Ford Motor Company Employee Excellence Award Winner for Exceptional Customer Service and have received the Best of the Best in Michiana for Car Sales Person every year since it was established. If I'm not here I'm doing things with my Church and my extended family. I believe serving my customers well, above all else, is how I have developed a large and loyal customer base over the years! I'm here to help make your car buying experience simple and stress free and I'm always available to answer any questions. I enjoy the people and the community we live and work in and try to go the extra mile to follow up with my customers long after they purchase a vehicle. When you purchase a vehicle from me, expect to hear from me through birthday and anniversary cards just to say thanks for trusting me. I look forward to serving all my customers and earning your business.

exceptional Sales Person I went into the dealership to have an oil change and normal service done on my 2014 Focus. I asked Sandie Owen to work up the price of an escape while I went into the dealership to have an oil change and normal service done on my 2014 Focus. I asked Sandie Owen to work up the price of an escape while I was waiting. She asked a few questions, went and found an appropriate Escape, talked with me and the sale was made. I like dealing with Sandie because she doesn't do the normal wheeling and dealing and game playing that most car sales people do. The sale was simple and easy and I feel comfortable with her and would encourage anyone else to go to her. More
