I got lucky and called Sara at just the right time! I've been looking for a hybrid vehicle, preferably a RAV4, Escape, etc. With the current market, shopping for cars is a nightmare. Nobody has any stock, prices are high, and most dealerships lie about what's available to get you to come in, etc. But lucky for me, I called Sara just as one was being unloaded. By that evening I was signing the papers. Sara made the whole ordeal easy and painless. Areas to improve: 1- The website lists dozens of vehicles the dealership doesn't have, or were ordered by customers. This may not seem like a big issue, but when you're calling almost a dozen dealerships each day gets old fast. 2- Jonathan, the person at the register, was very rude. I love my car, and buying it was exciting, but only thing I really remember is his rudeness. More
