In typical used salesman fashion, I was misled on tires that would be installed . While I am grateful for the new tires on the vehicle they quoted the factory style tires and delivered a significantly chea that would be installed . While I am grateful for the new tires on the vehicle they quoted the factory style tires and delivered a significantly cheaper tire. When I brought it to their attention, I was told that I “signed off on the tires”. After reviewing my documentation, I prove to them that I did not in fact, sign any paperwork excepting cheaper tires. The general manager’s solution was to simply turn the car back in after we already finalize the deal and they ran my credit. I believe his tactic here was simple he knew I wanted the vehicle and would not be interested in just simply turning it back in! I will certainly tell anybody that will listen to me about my experience at this dealership! More
