Went for an oil change and came home only to get a call an hour later that they forgot to put my wheel lock tool back in the van. Drive back to the service center to then find out that first they aren’t ac an hour later that they forgot to put my wheel lock tool back in the van. Drive back to the service center to then find out that first they aren’t actually sure it was for my vehicle and then come to find out that they somehow lost two of the wheel locks on both passenger side tires. Told me nothing they can do and have to order in the parts. Go back the next day after the parts arrive - after sitting in the waiting room for a few minutes Sarah comes to get me saying the car is done. Go up there and the tech is casually talking to some of the other guys out front which is why she probably thought it was done but find out he hasn’t started yet. I go back to the waiting room and another few minutes go by and then they come to tell me it is done again. Go back up there and get to the van and I ask that the least they can do is replace the windshield wiper that they said was torn at no charge and all manager would do is give a free oil change for when my Toyota service plan is up. I am asking the tech about a new scratch in my steering wheel asking if they had anything that could have done it and while the tech says he might have done it, another worker there in a car behind us is yelling at us to hurry up. No complaints about Sarah as she was kind and as helpful as you could be in the situation but everything else was a nightmare. More
