They are entirely TO SLOW! ! When you have an appointment for a routine oil change it shouldn’t take 3 hours or more to complete. People are taking off work and have other oblig ! Your entire day should not be compromised for a simple oil change….Other than that the staff is friendly and much appreciated. Time management needs to be addressed. Majority of the staff are very nice and informative, but the higher management are not down to earth, judgmental, snobby , arrogant, all the negative things you can think of about a person , However as far the higher management are not down to earth, judgmental, snobby , arrogant, all the negative things you can think of about a person , However as far as the dealership as a whole.. it can use a HEAVY refresh. The dealership looks like a place where they Only sell unused multiple brand cars. Fix that! More
