"Poor service after the sale"
I was shopping for a used car with my daughter, her first car purchase and we wound up at Herb Chambers Nissan, mostly for proximity sake. Our sales person was nice and attentive, right up until the moment we paid for the car. After that it was nearly impossible to get ahold of her or anyone who could up us with things like, when will our car be ready, what do we need to do as far as insurance so they can register the car for us, the details of the transaction. Eventually someone from a call center, not our sales person called me to give me the details and was incredibly rude. The general manager called me, and said the car would be ready by 4:00, it wasn't and he would be there to talk with me when I picked it up, he wasn't. The salesperson all but threw the keys at me. I wouldn't recomend this company for anything. I even stopped getting my car serviced there
