I tried to call the service department to schedule an old change and to have a state inspection done on a vehicle that was purchased from that dealership when it was Boyle Buick, I called four times no one a change and to have a state inspection done on a vehicle that was purchased from that dealership when it was Boyle Buick, I called four times no one answered at the service department I left a message I never received a call back. When this was Boyle Buick I never had a problem getting an appointment. Someone always answered at the service department. And I'm very upset that nobody even called me back I was trying to get an appointment for Monday needless to say I had to call somewhere else. More

Oil change, 4 new tires, and service parking brake message on. The first two were completed on time and as expected. The parking brake message was not investigated but ignored instead. Great, fast service with no appointment needed. They honored my Aderson Advantage form the Hunt Valley Store, no questions asked. Living in Bel Air the dealership is only 5 min away. I came in for oil change tire rotation and after talking with the service representative I also did the 75,000 mile check up. The service technician told it usually take about 2 hours. I said fine, I’ll w with the service representative I also did the 75,000 mile check up. The service technician told it usually take about 2 hours. I said fine, I’ll wait. 4 1/2 hours later I finally had my name called by the cashier. Paid the bill received my keys and the cashier told me my car is parked out front. I looked over the entire front parking lot and went back to the service desk. They parked my car in the rear parking lot. They did go retrieve my car, but when your are waiting for your vehicle why would they park it in the back parking lot. xxx! I have been a Boyle customer for over 40 years. Never had these problems with Boyle. More
