Your finance officer Howard is a liar and swindler. Howard on gave us only half of our documents which the ones that were missing were the finance documents. Scott was okay before the sale , but when we went back the next day after the sale he was insulting and stand offish with my son and husband. He did not want to listen to what they had to say. More

Wonderful experience across the board. What I didn't like was being told post purchase that activating the 'on star' was required. Perhaps in the dealership by some "Performance Metrics" What I didn't like was being told post purchase that activating the 'on star' was required. Perhaps in the dealership by some "Performance Metrics" standards. But, as a consumer I am under NO obligation to activate a 30-day free trial when I already know (from experience) that I don't want the 'on star' service, so that brought the dealership down 1 star. Otherwise, I would indeed highly recommend Buick GMC Brooksville and the very pleasant and helpful sales staff. Process was quick and they even took the time to double check for any recalls. I would be a returning customer in the future. More
