The sales team is pretty slow and little to zero interest
was shown to sell a vehicle when I enquired over the phone for the 2021 Jeep Renegade. On request, filled finance application and got approved, yet

On request, filled finance application and got approved, yet they are not confirming the vehicle of my interest to hold on an initial down payment and just informed me that they will get back after speaking with the manager.. and pretty sure they didn't come back until I called back, and still heard the same thing.
The sales team is not able to identify genuine buyers. Either they are happy with their current sales targets or don't believe they can conclude selling over the phone..
Waste of time and took a hit on credit enquiry for nothing.
09-04 Dealership attempted to fix the experience and next day Jared and Scott did a great job in getting me required details and I purchased a 2021 Jeep Renegade from them.
My experience was smooth and have upgraded my review comments
