Went to the Volkswagen dealer for recall notice. Appointment was easy to schedule. Service Writer Ben was very helpful. Kept me informed about the process. More

I was not kept in the loop for my tire repair. I was told it would be three days and it took a week! I have purchased several cars from this dealership and I probably will not be back. More

We sincerely apologize for the delay and for not keeping you updated throughout your tire repair. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially as a valued repeat customer. Your feedback is important to us, and we will review our communication process to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We truly appreciate your past business and hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
