Long story short i have brought the vehicle back 3 times for this issue. The mechanics that work on this vehicle cant seem to get it right. A 2012 Ford escape and they cant fix it?! I bet there are 16 yr old apprentices that could repair this. We are talking about an old ford with nuts and bolts. The Invoice says "New to You" is the repairing place. Im guessing the mechanics are giving me the broom job because ud think i was bringing in a new tesla for repair with the lack of getting it right. Then again "Atef" said, "what do you expect for 9 grand" pffftttttt. Jimmy Aspropotamit and Mike Domings have been wicked pissah (5 stars). These guys have to keep hearing and seeing me with this old ford escape. Thanks guys for answering my text messages and actually giving an honest opinion. Jimmy has to text me which has been great and Mike actually came out to listen to that vibration which felt like jurrasic park in imax. appreciate you guys for that. Hopefully this engine doesnt fall out this weekend. 5 stars for the guys and the mechanics at "New to you" I cant really say. More
