Justin worked with me for about two weeks on my trade-in and was very patient throughout the process. When the truck I originally wanted sold, he gave me time to look and find something else with no pressur and was very patient throughout the process. When the truck I originally wanted sold, he gave me time to look and find something else with no pressure at all, which I really appreciated. Since I had to drive an hour and a half to the dealership and the truck was at the Cartersville location, he made everything easy—arranged for us to drive there, test drive the truck, and then come back to complete everything. Negotiations took some work and there wasn’t much movement at first, but we were able to come to an agreement and everything worked out well. There are two small dings in the windshield that they are supposed to fix, so I’m trusting that will be handled. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would work with Justin again in the future. More

Our experience was excellent! We were not expecting the engagement we received. We were cautious when first entering the dealership as there was not someone to greet us, but quic We were not expecting the engagement we received. We were cautious when first entering the dealership as there was not someone to greet us, but quickly someone saw us and asked if we needed help and proceeded to get someone to assist us. Ryann Davis then greeted us and we identified a car for a test drive. Ryann did an outstanding job throughout the car buying process, from providing an overview of the CRV in detail prior to our test drive, answering all of our questions and truthfully telling us when she did not know an answer, of which there was only one! Gavin Smith and Scott Galloway(finance) were also great to work with and reasonable. We appreciated everyone staying a little later to get the deal done. Although we were there for about 4 hours the process went well and everyone was accommodating. Overall a very good car buying experience, and not one we really expected. Overall we are very satisfied. More
