Our experience was excellent! We were not expecting the engagement we received. Ryann Davis then greeted us and we identified a car for a test drive. Ryann did an outstanding job throughout the car buying process, from providing an overview of the CRV in detail prior to our test drive, answering all of our questions and truthfully telling us when she did not know an answer, of which there was only one! Gavin Smith and Scott Galloway(finance) were also great to work with and reasonable. We appreciated everyone staying a little later to get the deal done. Although we were there for about 4 hours the process went well and everyone was accommodating. Overall a very good car buying experience, and not one we really expected. Overall we are very satisfied. More

Sales and service and financial services are all outstanding. We did have a hiccup with Honda Financial Services not having a complete address and therefore our first payment was overdue.
