The sales people at this dealership are not honest. We inquired about a used vehicle on a Thursday, the listing price was $17,995 and we made an appointment to test drive on Monday. They called us Monday morning and told us somebody had put a deposit on it. Tuesday morning they called and asked if we were still interested because it was available. We then looked online and saw that it was now listed for $19,600. I had asked in my email reply to them why the price was raised, and did not get a response. My husband went to look at the vehicle this evening and asked them, but was told it was a "glitch". We were told this morning that they have had a lot of interest in the vehicle, and it has been listed on CarGurus for 28 days. You can not honestly expect me to believe that you had it listed for a month and did not realize that the price was not listed properly. We were ready to purchase the vehicle at $17,995, the sales person went to talk to the manager to try to make something work but they did not handle that very well either. They would rather make an extra $1,600 off of people than to honor their original price and make the sale. My bank also appraised the vehicle at $14,675 so the price was already high before they raised it another $1,600. I'm very disappointed with our experience. More

Staff were absolutely amazing, zero complaints. Worked with our family on the vehicle, price and complications with check, but they did everything in their power to get us the car.
