Communication was a little lackluster. I had to call and try to get updates instead of them reaching out to me. I have been to other dealers where you are updated via text frequently. We had an appointment for 2-14-25 regarding a suspected failing alternator and dropped off our Taurus 2-13-25 around 4:00pm. Diagonostic not completed or communicated until 2-15-25 to confirm failing alte failing alternator and dropped off our Taurus 2-13-25 around 4:00pm. Diagonostic not completed or communicated until 2-15-25 to confirm failing alternator. Alternator was not in stock so had to be ordered and car was not ready to pick up until the afternoon on 2-16-25. Bottom line is that car pick up was delayed by one day causing logistic challenges by me. More
