Adam let me know via email that he dealt with several other brands, to include Lincoln. After some additional online research, I saw that the dealership had a pre-owned car that might suit me well. Adam was quite patient and solicitous. Scott LeFever was on hand to answer any questions Adam did not have ready answers to, as Hyundai is really his specialty. It was a very good experience. And I must mention Finance Manager John Candiano. He walked me through the whole process painlessly. A delightful gentleman. Of course I have had my MKZ for fewer than 24 hours, but I think the car was the right purchase for me and feel confident that the team will be there to assist with any questions or issues that arise. If you are in the market for a Lincoln, new or pre-owned, this is a great place to visit. A pop up to build a new Lincoln and I was impressed. Scott is taking care of me and my car every day since. Mark is my go to in the service department and I have no worries. My car is taking care of just as well as I am. We both are treated with respect and a experience like none other. I recommend everyone to Northtowne Lincoln. More

Enjoyable Buying Experience I had decided that I wanted a Lincoln MKZ. I first went to a different dealership and was not pleased with their attitude - it was more like a "What I had decided that I wanted a Lincoln MKZ. I first went to a different dealership and was not pleased with their attitude - it was more like a "What can you do for me?" attitude. Those people were unwilling to work with me, so I walked and I am so glad I did. I went to Northtowne Lincoln the next day, found the MKZ that fits me perfectly and bought it. Walt was so helpful in helping me pick out the car. I got a great deal and the people at Northtowne Lincoln have a "What can I do for the customer?" attitude. Larry LeFevere also made sure that I was happy with my purchase and was so kind in going over all the details of the warranty. They also bought my old car and gave me a fair price for it. Tim in the financing department was great in helping me with the financing. And then I drove away in my new car. I love happy endings! More

In my book, "great" ratings in all categories are hard to earn as there should always be something to strive for...In this case, I can't honestly give anything lower. My wife and I had fairly quick interactions with Scott and Stan which goes to prove the efficiency and professionalism at the way our deal was processed. We had more interaction with Todd (being our sales representative) and both Angela & I have discussed after meeting Todd for the first time and afterwards how we appreciated his attention, courtesy, professionalism, responsiveness and follow-up. I worked mainly with Scott on the trade difference as Todd, who I had spoke with on the phone was assisting another customer. Scott was all business, no nonsense, and started with his best number, which I really appreciated and felt it was very fair. The trip to the finance office, which has been extremely painful and lengthy at other dealerships was just the opposite with Shane. Todd assisted in transfering tags etc. and was very helpful as well. I trade fairly often and don't plan on ever trading anywhere but Northtown. More
