Our sales agent Pedro was very helpful in getting us the best price on the truck and made the process very simple and easy. Our financial adviser Walter was very clear explaining what we were signing and cu best price on the truck and made the process very simple and easy. Our financial adviser Walter was very clear explaining what we were signing and customized our extended warranty to fit our needs. There was a couple issues that the service manager Nick took care of and even had the truck detailed for me when he didn’t have to. Overall the dealership was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly even the janitor even said morning to me and that says a lot about the upper management. I would like to be as happy as you guys to have bought my vehicle there, but unfortunately for me it wasn't like that, they sold me a vehicle that didn't meet my expectations and demands, they sold me a vehi vehicle there, but unfortunately for me it wasn't like that, they sold me a vehicle that didn't meet my expectations and demands, they sold me a vehicle without even showing it to me so I could be sure before signing the contract, obviously they took advantage of the circumstances, without having passed 24 hours of the purchase I contacted them to convey my opinion and my dissatisfaction, with the will to trade the vehicle but they gave me such an aggressive offer that it's not even worth looking at, I will definitely have to remain cheated and dissatisfied, but I will pass on my experience and reference to future buyers in the reviews and social networks so that it doesn't happen to someone else, Thank you very much, buying a new car should be synonymous with joy, not disappointment! More

Fui a sacar un carro me dijeron que nesecitaba un Guarantor lo lleve con muy buen crédito y no cualquiera hace esa clase de favor le chequearon el crédito y nos llamaron que ya la negociación estaba Guarantor lo lleve con muy buen crédito y no cualquiera hace esa clase de favor le chequearon el crédito y nos llamaron que ya la negociación estaba cerrada (a por un carro que ellos querían porque supuestamente el que nosotros queríamos ya lo habían vendido) cuando llegamos dijeron que ya no iba a ser un cosainer si no el dueño porque mi crédito ya no daba para estar en el carro, cuando se había hablado que esa persona solo iba hacer un cosainer no sé cómo se llama el vendedor un cubano flaco porque nisiquiera era con el que estábamos negociando. IF I could put -100 star review with this dealership, I would. This is the worst dealership experience we ever had. They will do everything to SCAM you by their lies and manipulations. Once they have you s would. This is the worst dealership experience we ever had. They will do everything to SCAM you by their lies and manipulations. Once they have you signed the documents that’s when they will screw you because they DO NOT have a RETURN policy. Once you drive the car out of their parking lot and if there’s something wrong or misunderstood with the deal, there’s nothing you can do about it. We saw their discount on their website, when we asked them about the discount, they said that we are not qualified because the discount is for Military and first responders only. And we are ok with that because we are not either of those two, but when our friend inquired for the discount, they told her that they will give it to her even though she is not a Military or First responders through text. In our dismay we called the manager’s asking why we did not get the discount basically asking them why you lied to us. The manager then told us that the two salespersons were new (ZEE and Reggie), and it was wrong information, and it was priced that way and they DO NOT have a RETURN policy and they will not give our car back. We told him that it was two salespeople who told our friend that she can have the discount even if she is not Military or first responder and why we cannot get the same discount. The manager doesn’t care what our concerns are and basically shut us down and the sad thing is that we cannot do anything about it even if they lied to us because there is no RETURN policy. Our BIGGEST MISTAKE is that we trust them that they will practice good faith in their business and care about their customers. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Dealing with them is like dealing with the DEVILS. We will still file a complaint through the Office of the Attorney General that way we can relay our worst experience to the public and maybe it could help other people. In short, you will most likely NOT get the actual price they advertise. More
