Scott was amazing. He was so polite and gave no pressure in either direction. We spent the first half of the appointment looking and driving used cars. At that point, he listened to what I have driven, what I was looking for, and then what he could offer. Each test drive was discussing the car but he is also a great conversationalist. Then, we went the new car route and he made that part of the sale smooth as well. He gave me a variety of pricing options and listened to what I could handle and my lifestyle. After we finalized the offer, he was in constant communication as we waited for the car to arrive to the lot. On the day of pickup and signing, Scott reviewed every part of the car and made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable on the Toyota RAV4. I would definitely recommend Scott and this dealership to friends and family. John was equally as helpful in the finance department. He applied no pressure to any particular package but explained each one in depth. He applied a personal approach that I appreciate. He was quick and efficient. This dealership provided great service even though stock was low due to supply issues. We came in on a quoted price with a specific Car but wasn’t able to drive off that day since the car was already sol was low due to supply issues. We came in on a quoted price with a specific Car but wasn’t able to drive off that day since the car was already sold. Salesman Scott M worked with us and even though he didn’t have the vehicle there he worked out the same quoted deal on same vehicle but with added bonus options. We took delivery when the car was available few days later. He diligently went over the car, features and setup. Scott was very pleasant and professional and we appreciated his customer service and even his follow up after the deal. That is how sales professionals should be and helps the overall impression of the dealership. I’ll definitely recommend to those looking for a Toyota and mention Scott as well. Overall the staff was friendly, courteous and professional. I have used Ken Ganley for my service needs and will continue to do so for my regular maintenance. Thanks! More
