Our 12 year old Q5 Audi went into service for some very important repairs and detailing inside and out. Before they started they videotaped the existing problems which I found to be very consoling to actua important repairs and detailing inside and out. Everything was repaired properly and the detailing was outstanding. I highly recommend the service department. The service department goes out of their way to please their customers, as a result I just purchased another Q5 it’s a hybrid this time. More

This dealship like Thompson Toyota before them strives to please their customers. I am hoping with my new second Audi Q5 hybrid that I will be as happy. I am a little concerned with the Mother company and to please their customers. I am hoping with my new second Audi Q5 hybrid that I will be as happy. I am a little concerned with the Mother company and the cost of repairs. We had a Volvo 940 station wagon and the Volvo manufacturer was always concerned whether we felt the pricing was fair.
