We went to Woodhouse first and they were nice, but McMullen Ford went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.. we don’t like to shop for cars, but definitely would only shop at McMul McMullen Ford went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.. we don’t like to shop for cars, but definitely would only shop at McMullen for our next one. McMullen is one of the best managed auto dealers I have ever been to. From the customer service to the service technicians they were all very friendly & genuinely outgoing. The friendliest dealer I have experienced. My salesperson was friendly, professional, and respectful. Was not pushy, was funny, helpful, and honest thru the entire process. I also appreciated the greetings and handshakes from both of the dealership owners. I have found a home for buying and servicing my vehicles. Only negative I have was that while I was completing paperwork my son was looking at trucks for himself in the lot and was confronted by a rude salesman who made him feel like he was not to be on the lot looking. My son was a potential buyer that day as well but chose not to persue after the negative experience. More
