Mixed Experiences I have bought multiple vehicles at MCMULLEN and used the Service Dept extensively. I have never had an issue with the quality of work. It is very expensive and you can likely find less expensive options, if you have time to shop around. They are not overly responsive if you have an immediate concern - if you are in a jam and they are busy, you will wait the 2,3 day’s or whatever time frame they say - there is no “working it in.” I have always thought that a repeat buyer should get more consideration, but no so. I have known several others who felt they were way overcharged, but I am not sure - like I said, you will pay a top price with no deals or discounts. I have always been treated in a friendly manner, but i have never forgotten that it’s a business - not a friendly small town shop. More
