They're keeping my car because I can't pay them for diagnostics that they weren't supposed to do until they got ahold of me first. They went ahead and did it anyway and knowing that I'm in severe hards diagnostics that they weren't supposed to do until they got ahold of me first. They went ahead and did it anyway and knowing that I'm in severe hardship due to this Covid crap and can't pay, they're keeping my car until I can. I have no income and have no idea when I can. I called Lincoln/Ford customer service and they called the GM and he said no that I can't have my car until I pay. This is only a diagnostic check mind you. They've done nothing to this lemon I was sold. Keeping my car!!!??? More
