I hope you are having a great day. I see that we did not live up to our 45 minute or less guarantee on your recent oil change. I apologize for the inconvenience. We promise that we will get your oil change or oil change and tire rotation performed in 45 minutes or less or your next one is free. My staff should have given you a card for your next oil change to be complimentary. I would like to verify that our staff gave you that card? If they did not, I would like to send you a card for a complimentary lube, oil, and filter change for your inconvenience. If you could please verify your mailing address I would be happy to send that card to you.
