RSWatson I apologize if you were not happy with the service you received. We and all repair facilities charge a diagnostics fee to find out what is wrong with a vehicle. If you had a coupon for that diagnostics from another dealer, we would have happily accepted it if you were able to present it on your visit. Since you were not we cannot honor a coupon that we were not presented. If you should have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact me at any time.
