He took care of my needs but they told me that my vehicle was out the door into the right. I could not find it. I walked around and finally I had to go back in and ask the wonderful lady at the desk to help was out the door into the right. I could not find it. I dropped the car off at 730 am, I had to call him at 230 pm to find out the status. Then he tells me it's going to cost more, and obtw, the parts won't be in until tomorrow. I had to take a day off from wor pm to find out the status. Then he tells me it's going to cost more, and obtw, the parts won't be in until tomorrow. I had to take a day off from work while they had my car. Maybe if he would have let me know earlier, I could have made other arrangements. I never want to deal with him again. My wife and I were considering buying another vehicle from Holz, but now I am reconsidering. Also he told me the total new price was one thing and when I went to pick the car is was higher. Plus the girl couldn't find my paperwork. I have never had such bad service with this dealership. More
