HORRIBLE! Back in August; my car cut off while idling. I got it towed to Colonial Honda 23836, I was told "we started your car and let it run for 45 min. & noth Back in August; my car cut off while idling. I got it towed to Colonial Honda 23836, I was told "we started your car and let it run for 45 min. & nothing was wrong". Recently my car cut off AGAIN in September while idling very upset because I just got a multi point inspection (state inspection) in June. Now here's my problem my car has been in the shop TWICE since June. & my car was to be okay. NOW Today October & my 2012 Honda Accord is making this horrible noise and I can barely turn my steering wheel; so I call HONDA and set up an appointment stating to check my alternator, run battery test, & also check my steering pump. What do you know my steering pump is leaking into my alternator causeing my car to shut off! Not to mention I NEED A NEW BATTERY. Now why wasn't this done in the beginning; in which I asked and was told mam this could've just happened! Really?? further more I set up a time to get all this stuff fixed and they gave me a loaner with a big xxx dent in the rear driver side; it was filthy in the inside. I do not keep my car dirty nor will I drive one! I took the loaner and brought it right back and requested a new one I was told there wasn't any more, so I asked them to wash and vacuum the loaner it takes them 45 MINUTES I am feed up at this point! Give me my car back and I will get my car serviced somewhere else. So you guys just tell me what ever sounds good with out digging you all in the hole I am very very disappointed in the service I received I have been to HONDA 3 times in the past week and my car still have not been serviced!!!!!!! More

New Car for my GRANDSON !!! I recently purchased a new Honda Civic for my grandson as a college graduation present. Naturally, I went to Colonial Honda and sought out Gordon Winf I recently purchased a new Honda Civic for my grandson as a college graduation present. Naturally, I went to Colonial Honda and sought out Gordon Winfield to help me with the purchase. My wife and I have been buying cars from Colonial Honda and Gordon for 30 years and there is NO WHERE ELSE that I would go. Gordon is THE BEST to work with and the entire staff at Colonial Honda is head and shoulders above any car dealer in the Richmond Metropolitan area. My grandson is happier than ever. He LOVES his car. As a grandparent, i could not have asked for anything more. I know that Colonial Honda will take care of his car and I also know that my grandson will be safe in a car that is manufactured by the Honda Motor Company. More

I have been buying Hondas for 20 years and Colonial Heonda is the ONLY dealership that I will by my cars. Gordon Winfield is an outstnding salesman. He will work with you to get the best possible price Heonda is the ONLY dealership that I will by my cars. Gordon Winfield is an outstnding salesman. He will work with you to get the best possible price and give you the best service as much as he can. The service department, headed by Carl Soloe, is outstanding. Carl will go out of his way to make sure that every customer is treated fairly and that there are no unnecessary repairs made to the car. I have used only one mechanic in all of my years dealing with Colonial Honda. His name is Norman Love. Norman treats my car as if it were his. He looks out for problems that may by coming in the future and gives me a "heads up" so I can be aware of them. He always treats me like I am the only customer that he has. I feel like more of a family member than a customer. Daniel Weigratz is the service writer. He will always get my appointments scheduled at the exact time that I request and he makes sure that all work is performed in a professional manner. As mentioned above, I have been buying Hondas for 20 years. Four reasons that I continue to return to Colonial Honda are the gentleman that I have mentioned. They are the backbone of the company. I constantly mention them to my friends and whenever someone asks me where I bought my car, I always tell them that it is Colonial Honda and the reason is because of these four gentlemen. I cannot say enough positive things about these men. They are the benchmark by wich all dealerships should try to measure up to. More
