While traveling on vacation from East Texas, we had a issue with our Ram 3500. We pulled into the dealership and the service guy was quick to tell us what our problem was and that it was under recall! T issue with our Ram 3500. They took about an hour to fix our problem that could have resulted in a terrible accident since we are pulling an RV through the mountains. So very thankful we found these guys!! More

What’s the worst thing that can happen when you vacation out of state, pulling a 5th wheel?? Your truck breaks down!! No one local would be able to even look at it for about a month! Called city auto in Cañ out of state, pulling a 5th wheel?? Your truck breaks down!! No one local would be able to even look at it for about a month! Called city auto in Cañon city and got ahold of Scott in service. Explained our situation and he recommended a tow service that was picking up our truck in about an hour and a half. This was about noon in Salida Colorado, and by 4:30 that afternoon Scott called me with a diagnosis and a price to fix. Over the next few days, because it was over the weekend, I talked to Scott and Brandon, who is also in service. Both were more than helpful and did everything they said they would do! Had us back on the road before we knew it!! These two guys need a raise!! I haven’t had this good of a service experience in years!! And I’m from out of state! I felt like these guys actually cared! I'm a life long FORD guy. I bought my Ram because I needed a new truck and thanks to Covid, no new F350s were available. I miss my Super Duty but I don't miss Ford service department.
