I was buying the car sight unseen except for pictures so it was important to me that I got every last detail about it. It was the easiest most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. Great communication and followup to all my questions. I was also transporting it across the country which went very smooth with Carissa communicating with me every step of the way. She even sent me a video of it being put on the car carrier so I could see and hear it! That was the icing on the cake!
