First time buying from Volvo W-S. I had looked on line for new and used Volvo XC70's. A prompt reply to my inquiry was made by Scott (sales). I was met at the door by the manager and I had looked on line for new and used Volvo XC70's. A prompt reply to my inquiry was made by Scott (sales). Scott went over all the details about the car before and after the purchase. I felt comfortable dealing with this dealer. I have not used the service department yet, but have read excellent reviews. We scheduled to view one, but ended up having to cancel initially due to a family emergency. Unlike other dealerships, they were completely empathetic and did not harrass us to get us in the door. After test driving, they worked with us to meet our budget goals and were exceptional with their customer service. Every employee that we encountered was exceptionally pleasant and not the least bit pushy. These guys all made us feel like they were on our team, trying to get us in the van we wanted at the best rate. They were also extremely accommodating with my husband's work schedule. We love our Grand Caravan. We will definitely be returning to Volvo for all of our future car needs. More

USAA Members--- There's no reason to look anywhere else! I live in WV but found Volvo of the Triad using the USAA car buying service. Scott Roten followed up with our inquiry about an XC90 and literally wal I live in WV but found Volvo of the Triad using the USAA car buying service. Scott Roten followed up with our inquiry about an XC90 and literally walked the lot with his cell phone to help me find what I wanted! He immediately offered to deliver the car--4 hours. (We contacted a dealership in OH through the same USAA service because it was closer--- but they didn't offer to deliver the vehicle until we told them we were buying elsewhere.) The entire process with Volvo of the Triad has been seamless. Scott spent time showing us how to use the car and its features and made himself available for questions if we have any. I think he washed the car AGAIN once he got to WV! Don't waste time with other dealers. This group is your final destination. More
