In the past 3 years since moving to the area, servicing
our vehicle with this dealership, I have never had the same advisor. They all seem to move on/leave, rather quickly. Scott was great! I was disappoin

I was disappointed to learn they no longer utilize Lyft for clients to return to home. Instead they have a shuttle. Thankfully, while waiting nearly an hour for the shuttle, my vehicle service was completed. I have also never been able to obtain a loaner vehicle. They always seem to be unavailable, which needs to be addressed by adding more, and/or bringing Lyft back.
