Later on guided me through the final sales and delivery process. Scott's pride in his work was evident. Upon delivery, he noticed some leftover glue on the window and immediately cleaned it up. I found Serra Ford when searching for a used Jeep Wrangler. I was searching nationwide for a specific set of features. Serra Ford was straight forward with their pricing and didn't tack on junk fees and services like the other two dealerships. Very low pressure from sales to finance. Additional warranties and services were offered, but I want pressed when I declined. The entire process took less than 2 hours, including an extended test drive. I'm very loyal to good dealerships and salesmen. I will certainly be buying my next new Ford vehicle from Scott and Serra Ford again. More
