He is one of the kindest car salesman I have encountered. He directed Bill Collins and Joe Tyree to "be good to me", which they were indeed. I was a bit fragile emotionally after my car accident, however, they all treated me with professional kindness. I wanted a vehicle a bit bigger than my former Civic but could not afford an Accord or CRV. Joe Tyree quickly showed me a silver Civic Ex and patiently explained all the "bells and whistles" on it. I fell in love with it immediately. I was touched and pleased with the financial perks given to me. David Heyden made financing stress free for me.
