I started with Luther in 2009, and every year since 2010, I have earned the Mark of Excellence award from General Motors for Outstanding Product Knowledge and Customer Satisfaction. Quick appraisal of my trades and a reasonable amount was offered (doesn’t always work out that way though). The team is low key and not high pressure like some other larger dealers. Scott was very easy to talk to and helped us along the way. He was busy working with many customers but we felt like we were his only customer. He spent a fair amount of time showing the features and benefits of our new vehicle to my daughter. Highly recommend working with Scott if you pay a visit to Luther Chev/GMC in Hudson! This is our 4th vehicle from them. More
