This was the first dealership I walked into looking to purchase a used car. I ended up leaving for no other reason than I just wanted to see some other vehicles and weigh my options and I felt no pressure purchase a used car. I exchanged information with Dominic and went on my way and over the next week or so went from dealer to dealer. I dealt with problem after problem.. Cars being falsely advertised, whether it be the price, included features, additional MANDATORY fees. Salespeople pushing me into vehicles I had no interest in for no other reason than they just needed to get rid of it so why not me. What brought me back was receiving a courtesy call from Dominic just seeing how my search was going. He didn't try to slam other dealerships or give me an ultimatum saying that I was running out of time to get into a quality vehicle. I came back in and was set up with Scott Struthers to find the car that I wanted. He was super knowledgeable and did everything we asked to put us in the car we wanted and financed for the payments we wanted to make each month. The whole process was smooth and at no point did I feel like I was being pressured to make the sale. I knew what car I wanted and what features I wanted and I was able to leave with the nicest car I have ever owned and I couldn't be happier. Angelo Mostaccio helped run me through the ins and outs of the car itself before I officially left with my new car and it was just a great ending to an already awesome experience. Going through all the features of my first NEW car was great and picture with Scott welcoming me to the KIA Family was a fantastic touch that made the whole experience that much more memorable. More
