This will be a mixed review. I purchased my 3rd Jeep from you. I pay cash for everything and I love my ride. My Jeep ended up being close to $85,000. This is no easy feat sin I purchased my 3rd Jeep from you. I pay cash for everything and I love my ride. My Jeep ended up being close to $85,000. This is no easy feat since I work for my money. I like my Jeep so much we ordered one for my husband. Here is where things get dicey. Ken Garff West Valley you went from a firm 5 to a dismal -20. We cannot get this Jeep finished and delivered. Your empty promises get worse by the minute. No callbacks, no color choices, too many oops. You have hung up on me 3 times today. If you can't get the parts, just tell me you can't get the parts. If someone was handing me ANOTHER 80K I would drink some dark green tin and fabricate those miserable rims. I wish so badly that I would not have done business with you. I think this is the most miserable, short sited experience I have had in a long long time. I am so disgusted with you and your shoddy customer service of which there is none, I wouldn't be surprised if we aborted this decision and you can mess with some other poor stupid fool, who would then be subjected to your special form of pain. But as far as we are concerned you are finished, dragging your feet, hanging up on us, can't, won't, don't think so, and totally and unequivocally finished with you. If we ever get this second Jeep I hope the tail lights work, because it is the last you will see of us. You might not need us but then again you might. More

We came in to have the oil level checked for an oil consumption recall on Thursday. After that we were supposed to have our door buffed to remove a mar that occurred on our previous visit. We were tol consumption recall on Thursday. After that we were supposed to have our door buffed to remove a mar that occurred on our previous visit. We were told we would need to drive over to your used car dealership about a mile away to have the mark removed. When we got there we were told the people that does the body work is only there on Tuesdays. So we were misinformed and did a lot of running around for nothing. Better information and communication would of helped a lot in this situation. We live 2 1/2 hours away so we will have to reschedule to come back down to get it done, which is very inconvenient! More

Buying and Service Two years ago I came in to look at buying options for when my lease was up on my current car. I had bought my first car from Ken Garff and had an amaz Two years ago I came in to look at buying options for when my lease was up on my current car. I had bought my first car from Ken Garff and had an amazing experience with John Scott and Walker. I received many calls and emails from the dealership telling me they were having special deals and to come in and take a look. I did, and after a lot of looking I found a car that I really liked. I was not wanting to buy right away, but with a lot of pressure from them I decided to go for it. The man who had helped me was apparently in and out of the hospital, so Scott took over the paperwork to help me get the car. When talking to him about the details he told me that the dealership would pay off the remainder of the lease I had on my car, since they were wanting me to buy now instead of later. They paper work process was horrible and took the entire day. A couple of weeks later I received a call from where I had leased my car, telling me that I owed them almost a thousand dollars. I explained my situation and the lady told me that dealerships will often do this and then not pay what they say they will. She felt so badly that she took off as many fees as she could. She got the price down to around $500. I paid this immediately so it would not affect my credit. I called the dealership to talk to Scott, and got no where. Finally I drove myself clear out there to talk to him in person. Of course I had to wait forever just for him to have time to come sit with me. In short he said that the best he could do was give me a check for $200. I was young and trusting and didn't think that someone would take advantage of me like Scott did. I feel like they saw a young, vulnerable, girl by herself and completely took advantage. I would avoid this place! I used to feel great about working with the people here, now I continually have bad experiences when I go in for services and such. Customer service is now terrible. Today they lost my car and keys and I had to wait in the lobby for over two hours while they looked for it. Was I compensated in any way? No. I asked to speak with a manager to find out what was going on. Did anyone ever come to talk to me? No. The people from the wash bay were so kind and they walked me around the entire dealership to find my car. The management did nothing. I keep trying to give it another chance and I continue to be let down. More
