Katie is extremely knowledgeable of the electronics. I chose to work with her over other GMC and Chevy dealerships. C7 Scottie also did a great job. OnStar however needs to be managed. Service on the new vehicle was not good - had to take it twice for a door panel replacements. Need to QA work before Turing back over to owner, not a good sales experience either. Took vehicle only to find tear in leather leading to return to have the door panel fixed (twice). I have purchased numerous vehicles form James Wood and never experienced this. Maybe this is due to the change from James wood too Clark,. Definitely will look elsewhere where in the future. Additionally, zero follow-up unless intimated by me. More
