Mine experience was on par with all of the other positive comments..However here is some info that you should know if you do not live in Sherman. I was honest with them and they, with me. Regarding Kim: The estimated value of my trade-in, did not change, after VIN was provided. The price of my new truck did not change. Sean in Finance, did not try to upsell un-needed insurance or paint protection to increase the price. . Very important, if you are driving to Sherman, from elsewhere, I also had a brief conversation with a manager but do not recall a name. (He also did me a 'one up', as well). So ask for Kim in Sales and Sean in Finance, but you probably can't go wrong with anyone here. I am in Sales...as the saying goes "the biggest compliment that a salesman can receive, is a referral..." I will be doing so, in the future, with a couple of current Ram owners, More
