I was set up with a BMW "genius," Charles, to tell me all about the cars I was looking at and test drove, and never did I feel like I was getting sold. As a sales person, myself, I don't like dealing with the sales-y stereotype. These men at BMW were classy, straightforward, and did not give me the run around that I've experienced at other dealerships. I would recommend ANYONE to go visit Mark Nelson to purchase a BMW.
