Sean Berry is a positive, and persistent professional. His persistence is obvious in the way Sean works to find exactly what his customers were looking for or said that they needed. Also, he is prompt, that is to say, “now oriented.” Sean knows his customers have busy lives and so does he: busy finding answers to their automotive needs. Best of all, the process is smooth with no bumps or wrinkles and positive from start to finish. Being organized is a gift that helps this single father raise a little girl and keep up with two dogs. We are pretty sure his daughter Ella is a Gator fan like her dad but there is no word yet on the dogs' allegiance.

Everything was fine till I got the car home, they didn’t put windshield washer fluid in, so my husband did, it leaked right out. Called Shaun berry the guy who sold me the car, told him what happened asked put windshield washer fluid in, so my husband did, it leaked right out. We made an otd (out the door) deal. When the salesperson from the manager, he said oh he forgot the taxes. So he went back again and after adding the taxes on it was about $780 more t When the salesperson from the manager, he said oh he forgot the taxes. So he went back again and after adding the taxes on it was about $780 more than what it should have been. I asked him to go back 2 times to correct this and he took off a few $;s. I finally said okay, but thought it was a very shady way to add on $. I also think he low balled my trade in, And finally I don't think I got all the incentives that were due. So I am not really happy. More

Best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership and I’ve been to many! Sales person was exceptional, listened to what I was looking for. Haggling was minimal. Went in to purchase a used vehicle from them that I'd seen online. I'd test driven similar models over at their Phillips Toyota dealership and had good experiences there, so felt good about this location seen online.
